Return Policy

At Ghoul School, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with the books you've received, you can return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 90 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the books must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in their original, unread condition, without any marks, tears, or damage
  • Include all original packaging, such as dust jackets, slipcovers, and shrink wrap
  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned books do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive your RA number, securely package the books in a box or padded envelope, ensuring they are well-protected from damage during transit.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package, along with the following return address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned books.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned books, we will notify you by email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • An exchange for books of equal or lesser value
  • A store credit for the full purchase price, which can be applied to future orders

Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of your refund or the shipment of your exchange items. If you opt for store credit, it will be issued as a unique coupon code and sent to your email address within 5 business days of return approval.

Exceptions and Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Books that have been personalized, signed, or otherwise modified at your request
